Simon is the Founder and Managing Director of Heywood and has worked within the recruitment sector for more than 14 years. In addition to his work at Heywood, Simon was a co-founder of Supporta Plc (SOR), a support service business that successfully listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in February 2001.  Simon regularly attends and contributes to the REC's Recruitment to Recruitment Sector Group.
