| Abstract: | Most international recruitment projects remote territories develop because Western organisation looking to expand into more remote territories. They therefore often engage Western based recruitment organisations, is this a mistake? Our experience of agencies within India, for example, suggests not; the traction you can get is sometimes just as easy from outside. More sophisticated agencies that do exist within the Asian market are usually (as is the case in Australia) just exact replicas of the agency business within the UK. |
