Privacy Policy

To use our services, you will need to join as a Member of UK Recruiter Plus. During registration you will be required to provide us with your contact information and information about your role and the organisation you work for. In order to further enhance the service we offer to you and other subscribers we track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on our site. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand and serve our users.

We use cookies on certain pages of our site which can help us provide information which is targeted to your usage patterns. Cookies are stored on your hard drive, not on our site.

When our Member Directory is available on the site it will contain profiles of our individual members. You can choose if you wish your details to be shown in this section.

We use personally identifiable information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyse site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customise our site's content, layout, and services.

We may use your email address to send you any communication

We do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will make any changes to this Privacy Policy and post them to our site.

Payment Processing

In order to process payments online we require the billing address for the credit card used and our external payment provider, PayPal, requires your credit card details.

We don't store the credit card details on our server.

UK Recruiter complies with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and is registered with the Data Protection Registrar.

Delivery Policy

Once your payment has been made you will be sent details of your login(s) for the UK Recruiter Plus service.

Refund/Return and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you contact us before downloading any documents from the UK Recruiter Plus website. You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation request. Simply contact us by email or telephone (see contact details). Once you have downloaded any documents from the site you forfeit your right to a refund.
